About Fees 

To provide open access, the journal has an open access fee (also known as an article publishing charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or by their research funder or institution. For accepted manuscripts, they should pay CNY 500 yuan for each printed page, and CNY 200 yuan as the reviewing fee for each paper. The maximum fee per article is CNY 10,000 yuan, with an average of CNY 6,500 yuan per article. For those which are accepted after external review by experts and the author proposes to withdraw the manuscript, the review fee shall be charged as appropriate.
