Note: The density of protrusions or bead-like structures=the number of protrusions in 200 µm laticifer; The density of laticifer bridges = the number of laticifer bridges in 200 µm laticifer. Thirty replicates were carried out in each treatment. SPSS statistical software was used for variance analysis, and different lowercase letters indicated significant difference at 0.05 level. | |
