The manuscript processing system v2.0 designed and developed by Beijing Magtech Science &Techology Development Co.Ltd. is adopted for our journal collection and editing system (http://www.rdzwxb.com/jx_rdzwxb/authorLogOn.action), which could meet the mobile office needs of reviewers and editors.
Initial review by the editor: The column editor is responsible for reviewing the form of contributions and the basic content, reviewing whether the paper copyright transfer agreement is standardized, and whether the author signs in person. If there is any objection, the editor will contact the author for verification in a timely manner; at the same time, the editor reviews the full text item by item according to the manuscript review sheet of the Journal, focusing on the research ideas of the manuscript, the rationality of the experimental design, the repetition of each treatment, the statistical analysis of the data, and the standardization of the text expression, especially the review of the Chinese map, Taiwan related titles and other contents. Manuscripts that are not innovative, systematic and in-depth, and of poor academic quality will be removed, and the manuscripts that pass the preliminary review be sent to appropriate peer experts for external review. The initial review period of the editor in charge is 2-3 days.
External review by experts: The peer review system shall be strictly implemented. The external review of papers shall be single blind peer review. The contributions shall be peer reviewed by more than two external review experts of the same profession on the innovation, scientificity and publishing value of the papers. If both external reviewers believe that the paper is good in quality, the paper will enter the retreat link or the review and final review links; If both external reviewers consider that the paper is in poor quality and not recommended for publication, it will be rejected; If the two external review experts have different opinions, the third expert shall be invited to review or the manuscript shall be decided whether to be accepted, revised or rejected in the review and final review processes. The review period of external experts is 10-15 days.
Director’s review: The director of the editorial department comprehensively reviews the quality, academic level and effective revision of the manuscripts, provides suggestions on whether to accept or not, and sends them to the chief editor for final review according to the preliminary review opinions of the editor in charge and the external review opinions of experts, in combination with the author’s repeated reworks and revision statements. The director’s review period is 3 days.
Final review: Each column is assigned to an associate editor engaged in relevant research field for the final review. Based on the comments of preliminary review and peer review, the associate editor focuses on the academic value of the manuscript from general direction and determines whether the manuscript could be published based on the topic and its innocative achievements. For manuscripts passed preliminary review and peer review, if the above requirements are not met, final review has right to reject the manuscript. The final review period is 5 days.

The editor in charge of the current issue would organize and catalog the manuscripts, and submit them to the chief editor for review and issuance within a limited time. The chief editor is strict with the manuscripts of the columns, the structures of manuscripts and overall quality, who also determines the current list of accepted manusctipts and issues whose manuscripts.
