Copyright Transfer Agreement of Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops

Copyright holders (include all authors and their affiliations ) agree to publish the above manuscript in Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops（ISSN 1000-2561, CN 46-1019/S）, and transfer the copyright of the manuscript to the editorial department of Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, sign this agreement:
Including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, translation, compilation, broadcasting, performance and adjacent right of the above rights enjoyed by all copyright holders in respect of the above paper (in various languages) will be worldwide transferred to the editorial department of Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops. Copyright holders authorize the publisher of Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops to apply for the copyright registration of the above paper in various languages (including various media) according to the actual needs.
The author (s) warrant/s the following:
1.The entire work is original and have not been published in any form and any language in the world; No intellectual property disputes, and the contents of the manuscript do not involve state secrets;
2.Each author has not transferred the copyright of the manuscript to any other person or institution;
3.The author must abide by the academic norms and guidelines, and shall not submit more than one manuscript to prevent plagiarism and plagiarism, and guarantees that this manuscript is not subject to any authorship dispute. Without the written permission of Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops, this manuscript will not be published worldwide in any languages or any form during publication, or allowed to be used by a third party;
4.All authors must guarantee the contents of the above manuscript do not infringe the copyright and other rights of others, otherwise the Copyright holders will bear all responsibilities arising from content infringement and compensate for all losses caused to Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops and its publisher;
5.Each undersigned author warrants that he/she has made a substantial contribution to the manuscript and has the right to sign this agreement and make various commitments. The unsigned copyright holder authorizes the signed copyright holder to sign this agreement as the agent of all copyright holders, this agreement is binding on all copyright holders;
6.Copyright holders may use the manuscript in presentations and subsequent publications they write or edit themselves, and is acknowledged as the original publication.
7.Once the above manuscript is accepted and published, the author must uniformly manage the original data such as experimental records, data involved, supplementary materials, and keep them for future reference, otherwise he/she shall be self-responsibility.
This agreement shall take effect from the date the signature of each author is affixed. The author(s) submit a copy/scan of this agreement via email or an online submission system or other electronic form shall be seemed as having the same legal effect as the original. In case of rejection, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
