Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops (monthly Journal, ISSN 1000-2561, CN 46-1019/S) is a professional academic journal in the field of innovative research in tropical crop science, supervised by Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and sponsored by China Society of Tropical Crops (CSTC), Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS), and Science Press.
Aims and objectives: To implement the policy of “letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend”, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, actively select academic papers on tropical crops in China, realistically report on tropical scientific and technological achievements in China, strengthen academic exchanges of tropical crops in the four provinces (regions) of South China, activate academic atmosphere, promote technological development and production of tropical crops, and serve the realization of the Four Modernizations and the construction of a great modern socialist country.
Coverage: New achievements, technologies, and methods in basic theoretical and applied research on tropical crops, especially rubber trees (Hevea), peppercorns, coffee, sisal, vanilla, coconuts, cassava, sugarcane, tropical fruit trees, southern medicinal plants, etc., mainly focused on innovative academic papers, while also considering research reports, experimental summaries, topical reviews, and academic problem discussions with certain theoretical level and application value.
